Bright Blue CCS

 

 

Ozone Products – This is the most advanced ozone system for prepared water disinfection currently on the market. The Bright Blue CCS systems were designed and developed specifically for the bottling of “Bon Aqua” brand water. It conforms to Coca Cola standards for Ozonation and electrical equipment. These systems are designed to meet Coca Cola specifications for the disinfection of prepared water, namely 4 minutes of ozone contact time at a level high enough to ensure ozone residual after bottling of around 0.5ppm. This is order to achieve a 5 Log reduction in microbiology.

 

Bright Blue 20G

 

 

  The Bright Blue 20G has been specifically designed to supply ozone infused water to bottle rinsers so as to aid package disinfection. These systems have been in production and constantly refined since 2001. They are found in Dairy, Juice, Wine & Water bottling plants throughout Africa.

 

 

Indigo

 

 

The Wassertec Indigo ozone generator is a self contained system which can produce up to 20 grams/hour of ozone at the turn of a switch. Indigo features a built-in oxygen concentrator and optional oil-less compressor allowing the unit to produce ozone at high concentrations.

 

 

Azure

 

 

Azure has been designed for continuous operation in domestic and light commercial applications with minimal maintenance. The Azure is available in sizes of 1, 2 & 4 ozone modules.

 

 

UVO

 

 

Ozone air treatment with the UVO Ultra Violet Ozone Generator is a safe, simple and effective way of eliminating odours and sanitising any indoor environment.

 

 

Venturis

 

 

Venturi injectors are a highly efficient way to introduce liquid or gas into water. They are ideal for dosing chemicals, aerating water, dosing ozone and fertigation.

 

 

Oxygen Concentrators

 

 

In 2005 we decided to design an oxygen generator to compliment our ozone technology. This is because you need oxygen to make ozone. Two years of design and development led to the creation of our OX5 oxygen generator. It produces up to 5 litres per minute of oxygen at >93% purity from a compressed air supply. It’s simple, reliable and above all, serviceable.
